Mr. Steven Nelson, the Chief Science and Operations Officer at the National Weather Service (NWS)/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency (NOAA) located in Peachtree City, GA, is going to present a lecture on weather related phenomena, especially on Tornadoes, on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 2:00 PM in room 102 A of the Student Center building on Cartersville Campus. The lecture will be followed by a question and answer session where the audience can get their questions answered by Mr. Nelson. Everyone is welcome to attend.
